ITALIANO: Sono state svolte nel triennio 1977-1979 ricerche a Gaudiano (Potenza), sull'influenza dell'epoca di potatura di produzione durante il riposo invernale sulla schiusura delle gemme a fiore e sul comportamento vegetativo di due cultivar di mandorlo, Tuono e Filippo Ceo, tra le piu diffuse nelle regioni lucana e pugliese. L'epoca non e risultata influenzare la schiusura delle gemme a fiore ne la durata della fioritura. L'attivita negativa e sembrata piuttosto esuberante con le epoche di potatura piu precoci.

In a three year trial (1977-78-79) a research was carried out in the Southern Italy (Gaudiano di lavello, Potenza) in order to know the influence of the pruning time during the dormancy on the bud opening and vegetative behaviour in "Tuono" and "Filippo Ceo" almond. The time of pruning did not effect neither the bud opening nor the blossom duration. Pruning earlier the growth appeared to be more exuberant.
