Results of the study showed that the annual potential evapotranspiration was about 1513.51 mm with the lowest value of 5.35 mm/day in February and the highest value of 7.81 mm/day in May. Annual precipitation in the area is 3424.28 mm. however, 96% of this has occurred in May 11 to October 31. Highest rainfall occurred in the middle of August with a mean value of 401.64 mm/10-day period. Maximum wind velocity has occurred during the period August 21 to 31. There is considerable loss of potential yield due to moisture and wind stress.
