English. Screening test of the ethanol and water soluble allelochemicals from 8 species of introduced plants as to their allelopathic activity to quack-grass has been conducted. The species (sunflower Helianthus annuus L., tobacco Nicotiana silvestris L., dock Rumex patientia × R. tianschanicus A. Los., dragonhead Dracocephalum moldavica) promising for further investigation of putting them into practice for allelopathic clearance of quack-grass in agrocenoses have been revealed.

Виявлено види (соняшник однорічний – Helianthus annuus L , тютюн лісовий – Nicotiana silvestris L., щавель кормовий гібридний – Rumex patientia L. × R. tianschanicus A. Los., змієголовник молдавський – Dracocephalum moldavica L.) перспективні для подальших досліджень їх застосування з метою алелопатичного контролю пирію повзучого в агроценозах.
