[Examination of rationalization possibilities of procedure for obtaining calcium-tartrate from refuse in wine production]

With this work we wanted to point out procedures and principles of calcium-tartrate production, that is tartaric acid from refuse in wine production which depends from raw material and work conditions. The experiments are realized on huskus, pique and wine tartrate. The analyze was done under the official methods. We concluded that calcium-tartrate production was more successful than when it's worked with fermented huskus and pique. Yield of calcium-tartrate obtained by wine tartrate, alkaline and acid are presented. Results show that calcium-tartrate obtained by alkaline and acid procedures, best results achieved in terms of yield and purity of this semi-finished products.
