The paper examines the parameters of urbanism that are significant for solar architecture. The results are presented of theoretical research into thermodynamic behaviour of a solar residential object with the Tromb's wall without ventus wholes. The diagrams are presented that show the inner air temperatures of a thermally isolated residential object of three different orientations, with no ventus wholes and with a 20 cm and 45 cm thick Tromb's wall made of brick and concrete. The results have shown that the application of the Tromb's wall without ventus wholes allows for a 68 daily save of energy in individual residential objects turned to the south.
