On the base of gotten results are made the next conclusion : the limit of profitability in "normal" woods of investigated forest communities, where main varieties are Quercus robur and Quercus petraea, is expected in 60 to 70 years old stands. In forest community where the main tree is linden, the limit of rentability is expected in 40 years old stands. The average annual gross products of total "normal" production in communities where the main kind of tree is Quercus robur, are minimally differentiated. The same is with communities where Quercus petraea is the main tree. However, the differences between Quersus robur and Quercus petraea communities are great. The differences between the investigated forest communities, according to relative net financial results are the greatest in Quercus robur communities (to 76 %), less in the Quercus petraea communities (to 67 %) and the least in the linden communities (to 57 %). On the base of ecological and agricultural investigations are established 7 ecological - agricultural types of forests : II-D-11; II-D-20; II-E-10; II-E-12; II-E-30; II-G-10; II-G-13.
