Investigation of viral infection in poultry

It is investigated the immune reaction of poultry from the flock of broiler parents and parents of egg-laying hens on vaccination with trivalent vaccine (TRIPLE GNE) against Gumboro disease that contained vaccinal types EDS76, types of nontipical hen plagye virus and types of Gumboro disease virus. By investigation the adenovirus infection it was firstly concluded the appearance of egg-laying capacity decrease syndrom on two localities in SR Slovenia (SFRY), and voluminous investigations of successfulness of vaccine against Gumboro disease in source flocks were made.
