It has been concluded that the way of vaccination has no negative effects. All the simultaneous vaccinated heads of cattle, so as those simultaneously vaccinated only with vaccine against swine fever K-Lavir, at the 47th day after vaccination exposed to the artificial infection with 2 ml of very virulent aphthous fever suspension, 14 days after infection did not react with clinical signs of disturbed health condition, including the increase of body temperature. Vaccinal O-type virus of aphthous fever as antigen, did not effect concurrently, i.e. inhibiting the development of immunity against swine fever. The same results were obtained in the scope of investigating the influence of simultaneous vaccination against swine fever with K-Lavir vaccine and against aphthous fever with Triaphta OAC vaccine. The K-Lavir vaccine simultaneously applied with O, A and C, three vaccional types of aphthous fever viruses, did not effect immunosuppresively on creation and solidity of experimental cattles immunity against swine fever. Simultaneous vaccination with K-Lavir vaccine and Nonoaphta O vaccine had the inhibitory effect on antibody synthesis for the vaccional O-type of aphthous fever virus. The inhibitory effect was found at swine that was applied simultaneously with K-Lavir and Triophta - OAC vaccines.
