Content of total N in the soil of the most investigated profiles is low, i.e. soil is poor in total N (less than 0,1% N). The representation of nitrogen mineral forms is not enough, especially in deeper layers. According to content of available phosphorous, the soil in the 1st depth (0-20 cm) belongs to a "middle" equiped category. The deeper layers (20-80 cm) are distinctly poor in this element. Soil in the depth of 0-20 cm has "low" or medium level of available potassium. Deeper layers (20-80 cm) are not equiped with this element. The "active" calcium is represented in less than 1%. The pH value is 4,0-5,0. In order to get the high, permanent and qualitative yield of "smederevka" variety is necessary to provide certain reserve of nutritive substances in soil; it could be attained by fertilizer application. On that way it could be also lessen the soil acidity.
