The content of this book was devided into 5 chapters. The 1st chapter under the title "Agrarian-possessive relations and economic position of peasants in Yugoslavia on the eve of 2nd World war" showed that agrarian reform in Yugoslavia between 2 World wars only in some degree distributed agricultural land equally to every regions and opened the way for free capitalistic relations in agriculture. The 2nd chapter under the title "Agrarian-possessive relations during War and socialist revolution 1941-1945" has 2 parts. The 1st part described the occupier and puppet goverment policy in some Yugoslav regions and had in some degree the genocide characteristics. The 2nd part pointed out many economic and political measures which were brought out by the first national agencies on the free theritory of Yugoslavia. The 3rd chapter under the title "Political and ideological bases of legal and organisational measures for agrarian reform and colonization" described 3 important problems: political and ideological characteristics, passing the laws and organizing administration for carrying out the agrarian reform and colonization. The 4th chapter under the title "Agrarian reform and colonization" described the agrarian reform in some Yugoslav regions and colonization in Voivodina. The 5th chapter under the title "Results, consequences and importance of agrarian reform and colonization in Yugoslavia 1945-1948" described its content. The total fund of agrarian reform and colonization was 1.647.305ha.
