Only mechanization of most operations in nursery fruit production world contribute to the production improvement. In order to apply mechanized planting successfully a good-quality soil preparation ought to be done first because this is the condition for good operation of the planting machine. Tractors combined with planters ought to be equipped with a speed reducer to provide the creep speed in order to plant a larger number of plants per meter. Adapted transplantation planter with manual planting can be used successfully in fruit stock planting. Acceptance rate of mechanically planted stocks is higher than that of hand-planted ones. When planting stocks with the adapted planters deviations from planting direction are fewer. The economic effects are very good.
