The results of laboratory examinations of the immunostimulatory effect of ZnSO4 on the antibody titre of animals vaccinated with Pamavak vaccine

It has been established that ZnSO4 has highly positive effect upon the creation of immune bodies in animals vaccinated with "Pamavak" polyvalent vaccine against epizootic disease of hooves. Animals which were treated with ZnSO4 during vaccination produced titer of immune bodies almost 100% higher than the control animals which were not treated with zinc. The investigation has been carried out in groups containing 10 rabbits and sheep (control and experimental).
