It has been established that after the application of the injection of hypothalamus incretum GnRH, the movement of progesterone in heifers does not change while the movement of LH does. The movement of LH before the injection of GnRH follows the basis line and 10 minutes after the administration the concentration suddenly increases only to decrease to the same level in both animals 15 minutes later. 20 minutes later and on the concentration is suddenly getting higher reaching its maximum 90 90 minutes later in one animal and 60 minutes later in the other followed by a sudden fall. In both heifers the curve's movement is biphasic.
