Evapotranspiration loss estimate for sprinkler irrigation

During sprinkler irrigation there appear losses from water jet and drops as well as from plants and moist soil. Direct evaporation losses from water jet and drops depend on various factors. In calm weather the losses show a higher increase in relation to the temperature rise and lower in relation to the pressure increase and reduction of the pipe's diameter.
