In vitro vegetative propagation of the plum "Belosljiva" (Prunus domestica L.)

The results of this research show that in the propagation of the greengage (Prunus domestica L.) a high rate of surviving of the primary isolates (80-90 %) b) satisfactory propagation rate (1:5) in a 4-week period, C) high rooting percentage (80-90 %) and d) quick acclimatization under certain conditions can be achieved. It is also good that cultivation of primary isolates, propagation and bud elongation is achieved in the same substrate and its composition is to be changed only when taking roots.
