Densitometric determination of D2 and E vitamins in fruit pulp

By applying chromatography on an impregnated, thin layer of corn starch, a method for determining vitamins D2 and E in fruit pulps, has been worked out. A dissolving solution of acetone-cc acetic acid (30:20) (V/V) is used for separating the vitamins. Chromatograms are photographed with a fluordenzimeter, Cammag-T-Scaner. Vitamin D2 and E content in fruit pulps made of apricot-almonds and apricot-haselnuts, has been determined.
