Contribution to the study of cultivating medicinal and aromatic herbs in mountain areas [Yugoslavia]

On the basis of the study, it has been established that the mountain regions in Yugoslavia possess the environmental conditions needed for the development of medicinal herb growing. All of the analyzed types are of satisfactory quality, especially essential oils. Best results were obtained with valerian, chamomile, mint and melissa.
