Carcass quality of Brown bulls

The paper presents fattening and slaughtering results of brown bulls' progeny test with a different crossing rate of Brown Swiss, compared to Simmental and black white breed. The results indicate that crossing partly increased growth capacity and growth intensity, but decreased carcass quality.
