Excretion of penicillin with milk after intramammary application

We treated 8 milky cows intramammary in one quarter of udder with 800.000 i.u. of penicillin. We took samples: 6, 21, 30, 45, 54, 69, 78, 93 and 102 hours, after application. Residue of penicillin in excretion with milk lj,5 hours approximately after application, i.e. 80,63 hours approximately in quarters of udder which were treated and 66,8 hours approximately with milk from quarters of udder which were not treated.
