The frequency of halothane positive pigs was established at 20-30 kg. Activity of enzyme creatinkynase was established before and after pharmacological stress in pigs weighing 80-100 kg. All animals were bloodtyped for H blood group system. Correlation was found between CK activity and degree of reactivity to halothane as well as dose of Myostress administrated. Activity of CK after pharmacological stress showed to be a reliable quantitative criterion for estimation of PSS susceptibility.
