This book presents an analysis of a survey concerning the realization of the Slovene Forestry Act (Yugoslavia), compared to corresponding forestry acts in the rest of the republics and provinces in Yugoslavia. Forestry managements in Great Britain and Switzerland have also been described. A synthesis of understanding forestry legislation in Yugoslavia and elsewhere in the world has been made and together with theoretical research, represents a basis for suggestions on how to change the current Slovene Forestry Act.
