The conditions for information systems development in agricultural mechanizations

Business decision making requires necessary and valid information on time. The quality of information, that is information system, directly implies valid decision making. The aim of this paper is definition of some conditions which are necessary for successful agricultural mechanization information systems development. As one of the basic conditions we consider and strongly recommend the implementation of unique marking system for agricultural mechanization. It provides unique identification of machines in global system, and at the same time, information of kind, features and quantities of various entities in agricultural mechanization.
