[Identification characteristics of some Erwinia carotovora strains - potato parasites]

We investigated pathogenic and bacteriological characteristics of some bacterial strains, isolated from diseased potato stems and rotten tubers. According to the differential tests results we identified two of them as a Erwinia carotovora subsp. atroseptica and the rest of them as a Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora.
