The paper presents data on stationary multi-year on apple fertilization with NPK fertilizer. In spring, before anthesis the predominant weed was Stellaria media. Stellaria media, as nitrophyle weed species, utilized nitrogen applied during the winter and could decrease the concentration of that element in the soil. It could give negative effect on fertility because apple at the time was in the phase of fruit setting where nitrogen had significant role. We suggest treatment against weeds 15 days before apple anthesis. In autumn 22 weed species were detected out of which 12 had significant role.
