Parameters of technological quality and components of yield of some winter wheat varieties

The investigation was conducted on experiment field in 1987 and 1988 year. 5 Kragujevac (Yugoslav) winter wheat cultivars were used. Obtained results showed that grain yield, plant height and 1000 grain weight in all investigated wheat cultivars have been higher in 1988 year than in 1987. During 1988 year there were more favorable climate conditions (temperature and precipitate) than in 1987 year. The stability of percent of flour was established in years of testing, indicating less dependence of this parameter on environmental factor. Content of gluten and sedimentation volume varied in year of testing. The variation of this parameters in enhancer cultivars was lower than in bread cultivars.
