In this paper process of creation of new variety of winter wheat Panorama with the principal morphological, physiological, productive and technological characteristics of Panorama compared with standard varieties Partizanka and Super Zlatna is described. Average yields of Panorama for the period 1987-1989, were 6.628 t/ha, of Partizanka 5.982 t/ha and of Super Zlatna 6.244 t/ha. Panorama is very resistant to low temperatures and to mildew. It has a very good quality of flour and bread.
