Microbiological activity in soil under sweet cherry tree, sour cherry tree and plum tree

The total number of bacteria, the number of azotobacter, the activity of dehydrogenase and protease, pH, the content of CaCO3 (), humus (), nitrogen () and available phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) were determined in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil under sweet cherry tree, sour cherry tree and plum tree. The samples were taken from the depth of 30 cm. The results show that the samples of soil had low microbiological activity as well as low content of humus and phosphorus (P).
