The results on Lepidoptera of the Durmitor mountain (Montenegro, Yugoslavia) are performed for many years together with the data from the available literature which were elaborated at the level of materials for the fauna upon critical consideration. 38 species, from 18 families, were recorded. Amongst analyzed species 38 of them are recorded for the first time in the area of Durmitor. Different additions and corrections were given for 11 species. Data for UTM localities are corrected for the area of Durmitor
