In this paper, the effect of micronization of peas as a substitute for soybean oil meal on the level of 75 of the protein value, with supplement of lacking methionine and tryptophane, in synthetic form, to the level necessary for equalization of these amino acids and metabolic energy, in all diets for weaned pigs, was investigated. Based on production, preformance results, level of certain hormones in pig serum, and production economy, it was established that by micronization of peas better production is achieved, along with increase in cost of piglets growth. In case of peas share, regradless of the preparation, it is necessary to supplement it with synthetic methionine and tryptophane; also it is better to equalize them in ratio to energy than protein till the production is lower compared to the one based on soybean oil meal.
