Investigations were carried out on 148 samples of internal organs of aborted calves, kids, lambs, or those that had died as a result of enteritis, and pathological material from piglets using direct immunofluorescence (IFT) and a conjugate for mucous disease - viral diahrrea. A positive result was obtained in 67 samples (45.27%). When a porcine conjugate was used (HCV), 41 samples showed positive results (27.7%). The two conjugates have a different sweeping antigene pestiviral force which is based on the general antigenic ties between viruses of the pestivirus family and can be used for their specific differentiation.
