Quantitative valuation of meat consumption in the Serbian tourism [Yugoslavia]

Although a quantitative valuation of gastronomic attraction of some products in tourism has been avoided the objective of this study was to define some parameters contributing to this valuation. Some parameters of certain tourist groups and meat products are known to be unable to function independetly but in a mutual interrelationship with the group valuation and those indices indicating usefulness and consumption addiction. Therefore this analysis poses an open system to be further developed and modified.
