The influence of zeolites (clinoptilolite) added in diet for laying hens, on feed consumption. There were 1000 laying hens, Isabrown SSl, in experiment, divided into four groups (per 250 hens). Control group didn't gain zeolites by diet, while the examined groups of hens gained different levels of zeolites added in diet. Examined group 0-1 - 0.2; examined group 0-2 - 0.3 and examined group 0-3 - 0.5% of zeolites. Feeding experiment of laying hens lasted seven months. The hens were held in cage system. The gained results showed that there are significant differences in feed consumption between groups of laying hens. The least average daily feed consumption had hens of 0-3 group - 3.15, afterwards 0-2 group - 2.16 and 0-1 group - 1.55% less than control group (P0.05; P0.01) per feeding period.
