Influence of training system on Zupljanka, Sila and Liza wine quality

Zupljanka, Sila and Liza are new cultivars breed at the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad (Serbia, Yugoslavia). Zupljanka is released 1970, Sila 1988, and Liza 1991. Research of four different way of grapevines forming on the yield and grape quality, as well as quality of produced white wines are investigated (1990, 1992, 1997). According to obtained results we get an impression that for cultivar Zupljanka is the best single curtain training system, for Sila silvoz or single curtain training system. Cultivar Liza give good results in all cases. All the training systems are suitable for Liza.
