Mycotoxins are toxic metabolic products of moulds, fairly frequently found in animal feedstuffs and complete feedmixes for animals. The detection of mycotoxins in feed is performed by chemical analytical methods, thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, NMR spectrometry, etc. In recent years fast immunochemical methods such as ELISA, radioimmunoassay and fluorimetrical methods are being widely applied. The paper provides a description a fluorimetrical method for the detection of aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, zearalenone and fumonisine.
