This paper brings about the influence of four localities on the chemical composition of elder blossoms, with special emphasis on the composition of same mineral matters. On the basis of analysis of results obtained, it may be concluded that certain factors from the surroundings influence the chemical composition of researched components. Such influence can be attributed, above all, to different composition of the soil on which elder blossoms are grown and to different degree of water/air pollution.
