Express propagation of cultivars and rootstocks for Citrus species by rooting of soft cuttings

The speed and efficiency of rooting of the cuttings at different lemon cultivars, give possibility to utilize this method of propagation for plant production. In this paper, there is researched the influence of IBA in concentration 0.3% and 2.0% on the rooting characteristics of soft cuttings to lemon cultivar - Mayer. The results of investigation are showed, that for short time (24-30 days), to come of rooting the soft cuttings and percentage of rooting is large. The data are statistically analysed and tested have done with Lsd-test.
