Effects of production manner to early growing and yields of sweet pepper
2001
Perkovic, G.
In order to attain economical production of sweet pepper it is lately usual to conduct testing to establish effects of direct sowing and production from seedlings (ordinary and container type) accompanied with mulching and direct covering the plants with agryl. Trials were conducted on the gray - brown non-carbonate dark soil in Semberia region (Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina) which has continental climate with average of 180 days without frost. Influence of the aforementioned measures in relation to the duration of the vegetation season has been identified on early and total yield, content of dry matter and thickness of pericarp.
