Frogs from Rana genus in ecosystem of intensive fishpond

The frog meat production in fishponds is 50 kg/ha. Dressing percentage of the frog meat is very favourable, and according the quality parameters, the meat is considered to be high level dietetic food. Dressing percentage of the muscle is 31.27%. There is more than 20% of proteins and less than 0.3% fat in the meat.
