The aim of this research was to examine mycological and mycotoxicological contamination of wheat varieties from two different examination places. Fourteen genera of fungus have been identified in the examined samples. Fungus Fusarium spp. had dominant. The presence of Dematiaceae spp. was significant (the most frequently was Alternaria spp.). It have been detected absence of aflatoxin B1 and rarely presence of aflatoxin G1 by mycotoxicological exams. The contamination by ochratoxin A was significant (the concentrations had varied from 11 to 48 microgram/kg), as long as the infection by zearalenone was the most frequently and very high (the concentrations had varied from 160 to 500 microgram/ka).
