Apoyo en la estructuración cartográfica de áreas homogéneas de tierras con fines multipropósito según estándares establecidos por el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi | Support in the cartographic structuring of homogeneous land areas for multipurpose according to standards established by the Agustín Codazzi Geographical Institute

Las Áreas Homogéneas de Tierras -AHT son aquellas áreas rurales con condiciones similares en cuanto a clima, relieve, material parental y características internas de los suelos, que definen la capacidad productiva de la tierra a partir de un valor potencial. La información de AHT es fundamental para los procesos de formación y actualización catastral a nivel rural, sin embargo, en el marco de la nueva Política de Catastro Multipropósito, se busca que dicha información sirva como un insumo fundamental en la formulación e implementación de políticas públicas, contribuyendo a brindar una mayor eficiencia del mercado inmobiliario, el desarrollo y el ordenamiento territorial (IGAC, 2020). A partir de lo anterior se hace indispensable brindar apoyo en aquellas acciones encaminadas a la estructuración cartográfica de las AHT multipropósito según estándares establecidos por el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, mediante actividades como la búsqueda, compilación y análisis de información de los municipios asignados y, la revisión y construcción de productos finales necesarios para el desarrollo de la cartografía temática. Como resultado final, se realiza la entrega de documentos y salidas gráficas relacionadas con la estructuración completa del municipio de Timbiquí y la estructuración parcial de 7 municipios más en materia de AHT y la estructuración cartográfica del potencial de uso de Iza y Covarachía.

The Homogeneous Land Areas (AHT) are those rural areas with similar conditions related to climate, relief, parental material, and characteristics of the soil, which define the productive capacity of the land based on the potential value. The AHT information is crucial to the information and cadastral updates processes at the rural level. However, in the frame of the Multipurpose Cadaster Policy, it is attempted that this information be an essential tool in the formulation and implementation of public policies, thus giving a better efficiency in the real estate market, the development, and land use planning. (IGAC, 2020). Taking into account what it has said, it is vital to give the support in those actions aimed to cartographic structure of the multipurpose AHT based on the standards established by the Agustin Codazzi Geographical Institute through activities such as search, compilation and analysis information from the assigned municipalities, besides the review and construction of final products required to the development of the thematic cartography. As the final outcome, the documents and graphic outputs related to the Municipality of Timbiquí are delivered, plus the partial structuration of seven municipalities more in terms of AHT and the cartographic structuring of the land potential usage of Covarachía and Iza.
