Se plantea la propuesta para la formulación de las normas del sistema de gestión y seguridad y salud en el trabajo y sistema de gestión ambiental basado en las normas ISO 45001:2018 y ISO 14001:2015 para la empresa Producciones GNR SAS, dedicada a el doblaje y subtitulaje para la industria cinematográfica, la televisión mundial, las plataformas de videojuegos y otros medios audiovisuales. Para el diseño, documentación y presentación de la propuesta de SG-SST y SGA, en primer lugar se desarrollara un contexto de la organización, comprendiendo su funcionamiento y determinando las necesidades de la misma, seguido de un diagnóstico inicial en el cual se evalúa la situación actual de la empresa, posteriormente se identifican y evalúan los riesgos y oportunidades a los que se enfrentan los trabajadores de la empresa y se realiza la revisión ambiental inicial junto con la política ambiental lo cual permite desarrollar los objetivos ambientales y una mejora en el desempeño ambiental de la empresa, después se plantea una planificación y control operacional, con base, en los resultados obtenidos del diagnóstico previo y finalmente con la evaluación del cumplimiento que permita proyectar las actividades de acuerdo al ciclo de mejoramiento continuo. De acuerdo a lo planteado anteriormente los resultados esperados se evidencian en una mejora en la seguridad individual y organizacional, lo que permite un enfoque preventivo y proactivo, generando espacios seguros donde los trabajadores puedan desenvolverse en sus respectivas áreas de trabajo eficazmente, se pretenden alcanzar objetivos en aspectos ambientales de manera eficaz como: reducción de impactos adversos al medio ambiente generados por las actividades realizadas, mejoramiento en cuanto a desempeño ambiental contemplando optimización de recursos, reducción de generación de residuos, todo ello para obtener un mejoramiento continuo de sus actividades y entorno. Además del cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente y en forma consecuente la exclusión de sanciones hacia la empresa. La propuesta de formulación del SG-SST y SGA se presentará a la empresa Producciones GNR SAS, dejando en claro que la finalidad del documento no es la implementación de las normas, aunque se resaltará la importancia que estas tienen en el funcionamiento de la empresa.
