Instrumento de política y la cultura marítima (Pnoec-Conpes Bioceánico 3990) | Policy instruments and maritime culture (PNOEC-CONPES BIOCEANICO 3990)

En Colombia, el trabajo de muchas entidades que construyen país marítimo en el marco de Comité Técnico Nacional de Cultura Marítima (CTN-CUL), liderado por la Comisión Colombiana del Océano , trabajan en la formulación de instrumentos de política que dan una aproximación para conocer, cuantificar y/o proteger el patrimonio cultural marítimo, sea material o inmaterial; es por eso que la Política Nacional del Océano y los Espacios Costeros tiene un aparte especial que orienta acciones que permiten posicionar en la agenda pública nacional la cultura marítima. Por lo anterior, este artículo muestra la relación entre las líneas de acción de la Política Nacional del Océano y los Espacios Costeros con otros instrumentos, como el Conpes Bioceánico 3990. Una vez se conocen las acciones particulares por cada política, es evidente que la mencionada política aspira al reconocimiento del patrimonio cultural marítimo con una visión holística y no solo atendiendo al patrimonio cultural sumergido.

Once the particular actions for each policy are known, it is evident that PNOEC aspires to the recognition of cultural heritage maritime with a holistic vision and not only attending to the Submerged Cultural Heritage.
