Estudio de caso: EON Group S.A

Las empresas en general deben tener un desarrollo correcto y coordinado en cada una de sus áreas funcionales, esto permite ejecutar sus actividades de forma eficiente y controlar diferentes adversidades que pueden llegar a obstruir sus actividades diarias enfocadas a su productividad. Por lo anterior es importante identificar diferentes estrategias que puedan solventar dichos factores negativos, que en mucho de los casos pueden transformarse en problemas verdaderamente difíciles de controlar y que cada vez pueden llegar afectar distintas funcionalidades en su estructura empresarial. La siguiente investigación fue realizada en la empresa Eon Group S.A el cual consiste en analizar diferentes áreas internas y la funcionalidad aplicada en cada una de ellas, ya que son parte fundamental en la estructura organizacional de la empresa. Por otra parte, cada área es evaluada bajo un diagnóstico inicial, identificando factores débiles para tener en cuenta para su posible mejora y potencialización de esta. Luego de obtener los resultados y hacer el diagnóstico previo, se empieza con la construcción del plan de acción este tiene como finalidad plantear estrategias de solución a cada uno de los hallazgos negativos identificados. En conclusión, se evidencia que la empresa presenta diferentes falencias en sus procesos internos desarrollados por todas las áreas que la componen, es por eso por lo que la implementación de nuevas estrategias debe ser bajo estándares de eficiencia y productividad con el fin de lograr un mejor funcionamiento en su estructura.

The following research was carried out in the company Eon Group S.A. which consists of analyzing different internal areas and the functionality applied in each one of them, since they are a fundamental part of the organizational structure of the company. On the other hand, each area is evaluated under an initial diagnosis, identifying weak factors to take into account for its possible improvement and potentialization. After obtaining the results and making the previous diagnosis, the construction of the action plan begins, the purpose of which is to propose solution strategies for each of the negative findings identified. In conclusion, it is evident that the company has different shortcomings in its internal processes developed by all areas that compose it, which is why the implementation of new strategies must be under standards of efficiency and productivity in order to achieve a better performance in its structure.
