Impacto de la Diversidad Cultural en el Desarrollo Social y Emocional de los Estudiantes del Nivel Primaria

En la presente experiencia titulada: Impacto de la Diversidad Cultural en el Desarrollo Social y Emocional de los Estudiantes del Nivel Primaria en la I. E. Nuestra Señora del Pilar, tiene como objetivo identificar estrategias pedagógicas que minimicen la problemática originada por las diferencias culturales. Por otro lado, el enfoque que se utilizó fue el cualitativo, que se basó en reconocer como eran en las interrelaciones estudiantiles, a través de entrevistas y observaciones participantes para identificar las afectaciones sociales y emocionales en los estudiantes por la diversidad cultural. Esta también se apoyo en la investigación acción, ya que fue pertinente que las investigadoras se involucraran en la población objeto de estudio. En esta experiencia se puede resaltar que se alcanzo los objetivos propuestos en la problemática investigada ya que se identifico las afectaciones sociales y emocionales que tenían los estudiantes pertenecientes a las comunidades afro, indígena y migrantes. Para concluir esta experiencia, dentro de la propuesta final se construyó un plegable como respuesta a la necesidad de implementar en estrategias pedagógicas innovadoras e inclusivas en el currículo educativo que mejoren las relaciones interpersonales entre los estudiantes.

In this experience entitled: Impact of Cultural Diversity on the Social and Emotional Development of Primary Level Students at the I. E. Nuestra Señora del Pilar, the objective is to identify pedagogical strategies that minimize the problems caused by cultural differences. On the other hand, the approach used was qualitative, which was based on recognizing what student interrelations were like, through interviews and participant observations to identify the social and emotional effects on students due to cultural diversity. This was also supported by action research, since it was pertinent for the researchers to get involved in the population under study. In this experience it can be highlighted that the proposed objectives in the investigated problem were achieved since the social and emotional effects that students belonging to the Afro, indigenous and migrant communities had were identified. To conclude this experience, within the final proposal a foldable was built in response to the need to implement innovative and inclusive pedagogical strategies in the educacional curriculum that improve interpersonal relationships between students.
