La finalidad es potenciar el sector del turismo gastronómico, ligado a la sostenibilidad para que contribuya a impulsar la participacion de instituciones y empresas ofreciendo las herramientas necesarias para desarrollar proyectos de emprendimiento a corto, mediano y largo plazo. En general, en todos los sectores de la población dar la oportunidad de generar empleos y beneficios; este proposito es importante para conocer la comprension intercultural y mejorar el intercambio cultural a través de la gastronomía.
