El presente trabajo se centra en relatar y realzar la trayectoria y la evolución del grupo de danzas Proyección Munay del colegio General Santander en la localidad de Engativá, (Bogotá D.C.) donde se encontrará todo el proceso de nacimiento, evolución, los logros alcanzados, etc. También se evidenciará el reconocimiento y el análisis de la experiencia a través de fotos, videos, entrevistas anecdóticas y los distintos reconocimientos que ha tenido el grupo a la fecha, sin dejar a un lado el cómo las danzas indígenas han logrado crear conciencia en los estudiantes de las tradiciones, no solo de nuestro país, sino de toda Latinoamérica, incluyendo su acercamiento a las comunidades indígenas con los Embera Chami, Katio y Dobida que se encuentran en la institución y han presentado sus danzas haciendo posible realizar un intercambio de conocimientos e inclusión a través de su expresión cultural.

The present work focuses on recounting and highlighting the trajectory and evolution of the Proyección Munay dance group from the General Santander school in the location of Engativá (Bogotá D.C.) where the entire process of birth, evolution, goals achieved, etc., where we will see the recognition and analysis of the experience through photos, videos, anecdotal interviews and the different recognitions that the group has had to date, without leaving aside how indigenous dances have managed to raise awareness in the students of the traditions, not only of our country, but of all of Latin America, including its approach to indigenous communities with the Embera Chami, Katio and Dobida who are in the institution and have presented their dances, making it possible to exchange knowledge and inclusion through its cultural expression.
