En este proyecto de desarrollo tecnológico se expone la necesidad de la empresa Pinturas ABC Color, la cual se dedica a la comercialización de pinturas y accesorios ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá de implementar un sistema de información que permita administrar y sistematizar los procesos que se llevan a cabo de manera manual como la facturación, el inventario y la contabilidad; para esto se propuso un aplicativo web el cual consta de tres módulos principales que son: Módulo administrador, módulo empleado y página informativa. Con el fin de reducir los tiempos que el cliente demoraba realizando cada una de las actividades manuales mencionadas anterior e igualmente para mantener la integridad de la información que está empresa maneja. La solución a la problemática se plantea realizando un análisis del contexto y las necesidades que la empresa presenta al llevar sus procesos de manera manual y tener su facturación e inventario en papel, se realiza bajo el modelo Biopsicosocial (MBPS) en el que se toman en cuenta los aspectos: creencias, hábitos, artefacto y medio para la problemática presentada y posteriormente como estos aspectos se ven afectados por la solución que se desea implementar. A partir de esto, se plantea la solución del desarrollo de un aplicativo web que se realiza bajo la metodología Scrum apoyada de un tablero Kanban la cual se aplica a partir de un cronograma que establece las actividades a realizar bajo la metodología que ayuda a cumplir satisfactoriamente con los objetivos planteados y el fin de este proyecto. Como resultados se obtuvo la reducción de tiempos en cada uno de los procesos que el cliente realizaba anteriormente de manera manual, en la validación estática, al realizar las pruebas, cada una de ellas arrojó resultados satisfactorios y finalmente el cliente por medio de un cuestionario de satisfacción basado en la métrica de Boehm, validó y aprobó el funcionamiento del aplicativo. Se espera que con este desarrollo el dueño de la empresa Pinturas ABC Color y los empleados quienes hagan uso de este se vean beneficiados con respecto a la reducción de tiempo en sus procesos y alcance rápido de información.

This development project presents the need for the company Pinturas ABC Color, which is dedicated to the marketing of paints and accessories located in Bogotá, to implement an information system to manage and systematize the processes that are carried out manually, such as billing, inventory and accounting; for this we proposed a web application which consists of three main modules which are: Administrator module, employee module and informative page. In order to reduce the time that the client spent doing each of the manual activities mentioned above and also to preserve the integrity of the information that this company handles. The solution to the problem is proposed by performing an analysis of the context and the needs that the company presents when carrying out its processes manually and having its invoicing and inventory on paper, it is done under the Biopsychosocial model (MBPS) in which the following aspects are considered: beliefs, habits, artifact and environment for the problem presented and then how these aspects are affected by the solution to be implemented. Based on this, we propose the solution for the development of a web application that is performed under the Scrum methodology supported by a Kanban board which is applied from a schedule that establishes the activities to be performed under the methodology that help to successfully achieve the objectives set out and the purpose of this project. As a result, time reduction was obtained in each of the processes that the customer previously performed manually, in the static validation, when performing the tests, each of them showed satisfactory results and finally the customer, through a satisfaction questionnaire based on Boehm's metrics, validated and approved the operation of the application. It is expected that with this development the owner of the company Pinturas ABC Color and the employees who use the system will be benefited regarding the reduction of time in their processes and quick access to information.
