Estrategia educativa de enfermería mediada por un aplicativo móvil para el fortalecimiento del vínculo paterno en el cuidado del neonato | Nursing education strategy mediated by a mobile application to strengthen the paternal bond in the care of newborns

El vínculo entre el padre y el neonato es fundamental para el desarrollo físico, social y emocional del recién nacido. Establecer esta relación beneficia tanto al neonato como al padre. Sin embargo, se han identificado dificultades en la formación de este vínculo, relacionado con factores socioeconómicos, laborales y de conocimiento sobre el cuidado del recién nacido. Ante esta situación, se reconoce la necesidad de diseñar una estrategia de enfermería que fortalezca el vínculo paterno. Para superar las limitaciones de alcance y accesibilidad en el territorio colombiano, se propone implementar dicha estrategia de forma virtual a través de un aplicativo móvil. Con el fin de identificar las necesidades educativas que tienen los padres para el fortalecimiento del vínculo con el neonato, se propone realizar un estudio multimétodo que abarca tres fases. En la primera fase, se realizará una revisión integrativa de la literatura. La segunda fase incluirá un grupo focal, en el que se explorarán las experiencias y percepciones de padres y enfermeras con experiencia en el área neonatal sobre el vínculo paterno. Finalmente, en la tercera fase, se identificarán los contenidos educativos a partir de las fases anteriores, para su inclusión en el aplicativo móvil. Estos contenidos serán posteriormente validados por expertos antes de su realización.

The bond between the father and the newborn is essential for the newborn's physical, social and emotional development. Establishing this relationship benefits both the newborn and the father. However, difficulties have been identified in the formation of this bond, related to socioeconomic factors, work and knowledge of newborn care. Given this situation, the need to design a nursing strategy that strengthens the paternal bond is recognised. To overcome the limitations of scope and accessibility in Colombia, it is proposed to implement this strategy virtually through a mobile application. In order to identify the educational needs that parents have for strengthening the bond with their newborn, a multi-method study is proposed to be carried out in three phases. In the first phase, an integrative literature review will be conducted. The second phase will include a focus group, in which the experiences and perceptions of parents and nurses with experience in the neonatal area on parental bonding will be explored. Finally, in the third phase, educational content from the previous phases will be identified for inclusion in the mobile application. These contents will then be validated by experts prior to implementation.
