Efectos de niveles altos de fibra cruda, sobre parámetros productivos y digestivos en cobayos tipo 1ª (Cavia porcellus), utilizando como fuente de fibra la paja.

The objective of this work was to evaluate the effects of high levels of raw fiber, on productive and digestive parameters in guinea pigs type 1a (Cavia porcelain), using straw as a source of fiber. 80 males and 80 females 15 days old were used, they were housed in groups of 10 animals (experimental unit). The experiment was developed under a 2x2 factorial arrangement. Two rations based on isoenergetic and isoproteic diets were prepared for growth, made with 16% protein and 2 800 Digestible Energy (Kcal / Kg) with different levels. fiber veils: the first diet was formulated with 11% of FC, the second diet was I formulate with 13% of FC. the diets were supplied ad libitum. Animals were sacrificed at age 64 (one animal per experimental unit). The total digestive tract, the blind, this magician, the lengths of the small intestine and large intestine were weighed, the pH of the blind and this magician was also taken. For the productive parameters, significant differences were obtained in the live weights between the two treatments in the same way the average daily gain was obtained statistically significant differences in the seventh week for the fiber and sex levels; Mortality in the present work was manifested by the denaturation of Vitamin C, causing alteration in the data obtained. In the digestive parameters, the animals showed interaction between fiber levels by sex in the weight of the small intestine and the relative weight of the blind. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue evaluar los efectos de niveles altos de fibra cruda, sobre para´metros productivos y digestivos en cobayos tipo 1a (Cavia porce- llus), utilizando como fuente de fibra la paja. Se utilizaron 80 machos y 80 hembras de 15 días de edad, fueron alojados en grupos de 10 animales (unidad experimental). El experimento fue desarrollado bajo un arreglo factorial 2x2. Para el crecimiento se elaboraron dos raciones basadas en dietas isoenergeticas e isoproteicas, elaboradas con el 16 % de proteína y 2 800 de Energía Digestible (Kcal/Kg) con diferentes ni- veles de fibra: la primera dieta se formulo´ con el 11 % de FC, la segunda dieta se formulo´ con el 13 % de FC. las dietas fueron suministradas ad libitum. Los animales fueron sacrificados al d´ıa 64 de edad (un animal por unidad experimental). Se peso´ el tracto digestivo total, el ciego, esto´mago, se tomo´ las longitudes de intestino delgado e intestino grueso as´ı mismo se tomo´ el pH de ciego y esto´mago. Para los para´metros productivos se obtuvo diferencias significativas en los pesos vivos entre los dos tratamientos de la misma manera la ganancia media diaria se ob- tuvo diferencias estad´ısticamente significativa en la se´ptima semana para los niveles de fibra y sexo; la mortalidad en el presente trabajo se manifesto por la desnaturaliza- cio´n de la Vitamina C, causando alteracio`n en los datos obtenidos. En los para´metros digestivos, los animales presentaron interaccio´n entre los niveles de fibra por sexo en el peso del intestino delgado y el peso relativo de los ciegos. La aplicacio´n de los tratamientos mostraron diferencias significativas para los para´metros productivos y negativos para los parámetros digestivos.
