SUMMARY This work was carried out in the experimental station "Palmar", belonging to the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo, located at km 12 via Babahoyo - Montalvo, with geographic coordinates 01 0 49 '15 "from Latitude south and 790 32 'longitude west. The place has a humid tropical climate, the soil is flat topography and loamy - loamy texture. The objectives were: to determine the most effective fungicide for the control of grain staining; Identify the most adequate dose for the control and economically analyze the results. Seeds of the variety INIAP 14, obtained from the National Autonomous Institute of Agricultural Research (INIAP), were used as seed material. Seven treatments, conformed by the fungicide products in different doses, such as Native (Trifloxistrobin + Tebuconazole) in doses of 600 and 700 cc / ha; Starner 20 WP (Oxolinic Acid) in doses of 500 and 600 g / ha; Phyton (copper sulphate pentahydrate) with 800 and 1200 cc / ha plus an absolute control (No application of the product). The experimental design was of Completely Random Blocks, with seven treatments and three replicates. Comparisons of treatment averages were performed using the Tukey test at 95% probability. Plant preparation, planting, weed control, phytosanitary control according to treatments 60 and 75 days after transplant, irrigation, fertilization and harvesting will be carried out. In order to estimate the effects of the treatments, disease incidence data were taken by evaluations at 50, 65 and 80 days after transplantation, disease severity at 50 days after transplantation, fungicide efficacy at 90 days after Of transplant, plant height, number of tillers and ears per square meter, panicle length, grain per spike, weight of 1000 grains, yield and economic analysis. RESUMEN El presente trabajo se desarrolló en los terrenos de la estación experimental “Palmar”, perteneciente a la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, ubicados en el km 12 vía Babahoyo – Montalvo, con coordenadas geográficas 01 0 49 ´15” de latitud sur y 790 32´de longitud oeste. El lugar presenta clima de tipo tropical húmedo, el suelo es de topografía plana y textura franco – arcillosa. Los objetivos planteados fueron: determinar el fungicida más eficaz para el control de manchado del grano; identificar la dosis más adecuada para el control y analizar económicamente los resultados. Como material de siembra se empleó semillas de la variedad INIAP 14, obtenida del Instituto Nacional Autónomo de Investigaciones Agropecuarias (INIAP). Se estudiaron siete tratamientos, conformados por los productos fungicidas en diferentes dosis, tales como Nativo (Trifloxistrobin + Tebuconazole) en dosis de 600 y 700 cc/ha; Starner 20 WP (Ácido Oxolínico) en dosis de 500 y 600 g/ha; Phyton (Sulfato de cobre pentahidratado) con 800 y 1200 cc/ha más un testigo absoluto (Sin aplicación del producto). El diseño experimental planteado fue de Bloques Completamente al Azar, con siete tratamientos y tres repeticiones. Las comparaciones de los promedios de los tratamientos se efectuaron mediante la Prueba de Tukey al 95 % de probabilidad. Se efectuarán las labores de preparación del terreno, siembra, control de malezas, control fitosanitario conforme los tratamientos 60 y 75 días después el trasplante, riego, fertilización y cosecha. Para estimar los efectos de los tratamientos se tomaron los datos de incidencia de enfermedad mediante evaluaciones a los 50, 65 y 80 días después del trasplante, severidad de la enfermedad a los 50 días después del trasplante, eficacia de los fungicidas a los 90 días después del trasplante, altura de planta, número de macollos y espigas por metro cuadrado, longitud de panícula, granos por espiga, peso de 1000 granos, rendimiento y análisis económico. Por el análisis e interpretación de los resultados experimentales se determinó que la presencia de la enfermedad manchado de grano en el cultivo de arroz, en todas las parcelas experimentales sembradas en la zona de CEDEGE, con mayor incidencia en el tratamiento que se aplicó Phyton (Sulfato de cobre pentahidratado) en dosis de 1200 cc/ha a los 50 y 65 días, mientras que se incrementó en el tratamiento testigo (sin aplicación del producto) a los 80 días después del trasplante; la evaluación realizada a los 50 días reportó mayor porcentaje de severidad en el tratamiento testigo (sin aplicación del producto); a los 90 días después del trasplante, se registró que el tratamiento que se utilizó Nativo (Trifloxistrobin + Tebuconazole) en dosis de 700 cc/ha mostró mayor eficacia de los fungicidas; el tratamiento con el producto Starner 20 WP (Ácido Oxolínico) en dosis de 600 g/ha presentó la mayor altura de planta, mientras que el tratamiento con el producto Nativo (Trifloxistrobin + Tebuconazole) en dosis de 700 cc/ha mostró mayor número de macollos/m2 y longitud de panícula; el tratamiento con el producto Nativo (Trifloxistrobin + Tebuconazole) en dosis de 600 cc/ha presentó la mayor promedio de espigas/m2; el mayor promedio de granos/espiga se encuentra en el tratamiento que se utilizó Starner 20 WP (Ácido Oxolínico) en dosis de 500 g/ha y el mayor promedio de peso de 1000 granos se registró en el tratamiento que se utilizó Nativo (Trifloxistrobin + Tebuconazole) en dosis de 700 cc/ha y el mayor rendimiento y análisis económico se observa en el tratamiento que se utilizó Nativo (Trifloxistrobin + Tebuconazole) en dosis de 700 cc/ha con 4780,8 kg/ha y $ 612,78
